Ronnie Persad
Founder & CEO
Ronnie Persad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of nex-G Systems Pte Ltd. In his 25 years in the telecommunications and data communications industries, including fixed wireless and internet roaming access technologies, Ronnie has held various leadership positions in many areas, including Sales and Marketing, Product Management, R&D and Operations.
Previously, Ronnie has served as Vice President of Olivetti Systems & Networks, General Manager of Scitec Limited Australia, and more recently, as Vice President and General Manager for GRIC Communications Asia Pacific.
Ronnie holds an MBA from London University as well as undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Electronics Engineering. |

Glenn S. West
CTO
With over 20 years’ experience in research & development within the information technology and telecommunications industries, Glenn West currently leads the R&D operations for nex-G Systems, as Chief Technical Officer.
Over his career, Glenn has been involved in a wide variety of technologies, from carrier-class wireless, EPONS and MESH networking technology, to the design of controller semiconductors for MEM-based storage, as well as hardware/software architecture design for ASIC and embedded software.
Prior to joining nex-G, Glenn was Vice-President for Product Development at SmartBridges. He has performed R&D for several other technology companies in the area of telecommunications, networking and software development.
Glenn holds an honors degree in Computer Science from Cleveland State University, USA. |

Alistair Henderson
VP Product Development
Alistair has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications market with both suppliers and Service Providers. Over the last 10 years he has held leadership positions with UK network operator Energis, responsible for the integration and launch of their initial network, before taking on various senior roles including Customer provisioning Director, Network Strategy Director, Group Technology Director and Director of Innovation. He has also chaired, and contributed to, various telecommunications conferences and industry forums.
Prior to Energis, Alistair was responsible for the Ericsson UK transmission business, business management for Alcatel UK, Transmission Product Marketing for STC (Now Nortel), Export Sales management with Marconi, and R&D with Plessey (Now Siemens)
Alistair holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Glasgow University in Scotland. |
